Our Firm

We will always prioritize quality for clients over firm growth.

Veratis Advisors is an independent and established advisory firm specializing in two retirement practice areas – Corporate Retirement Plans and Personal Wealth. The firm was established in 2001 and has become known for a level of quality, progressiveness and client involvement that is unique in the retirement advisory industry.

In an era where the business priorities of firms are driving up volume and having a negative downstream impact on client outcomes, we constantly remind ourselves that our work has a material impact on the lives of others.

Not just any clients; the right clients

Veratis places a strong emphasis on client involvement and the positive impact of a collaborative process. We seek clients that want to build their knowledge, understand the influences to key decisions (at least at a high level), and get it right instead of just getting it done.

Not just any people; the right people

Our leadership team has played a vital role in establishing our culture and evolving our solutions for clients. Their diverse backgrounds, attention to detail, and alignment in key areas related to firm strategy have been integral to our long-term success.
