Having served in a variety of roles over a 25+ year career in the retirement plan industry, Trinette has a wealth of knowledge and experience.  This, combined with her passion for serving clients at a high level, makes her an ideal Client Service Consultant.  She works closely with clients to gain a clear understanding of their plan objectives and organizational culture.  She then coordinates the efforts of retirement plan providers and Veratis team members in order to optimize the various aspects of the plan in a manner that reduces client workload.  Her level of involvement in the design and operation of plans surpasses industry norms, which aligns with the firm’s culture of delivering above average value to both clients and plan participants.

Trinette joined the firm in 2011 having prior experience in administration, operations and client service with several large retirement plan providers.  She has completed the coursework for the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through ASPPA and is currently working toward the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation.  In 2007 and 2008, Trinette earned the professional designations of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), respectively, from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
